Jack’s recent professional focus is Agile/DevOps transformation in large enterprises. Jack is currently part of the core working team in a large scale organisational digitisation transformation program to establish an entire new ways of working for a large enterprise by applying Agile and DevOps principles to processes, organisation and team structures as well as metrics and KPI for measuring success. Jack also has a strong techincal background as a certified TOGAF technical architect in mobile network domain with extensive knoweledge in customer experience monitoring, mobile network architecture, network monitoring, packet sniffing and switching. Jack is a ITIL V3 professional with an MBA degree from Melbourne Business School and Master of IT degree from University of Melbourne. Jack is a seasoned professional in manaing and delivery of complex end-to-end programs in large enterprises. Before joining Telstra, Jack has worked in a number of multi-national corporations responsible for delivering techonology programs to asia pacific customers across multiple countires.
